TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise instructed by the client, the driver will in his opinion, travel by the most convenient and expedient route (within reason) whether this is the shortest or not. No surcharge will be made to the client if this is not the shortest.
Whilst every care is taken with our client’s luggage/property that is carried in our cars, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage, irrespective of the circumstance in which the loss or damage occurred.
We reserve the right to refuse travel to any client that we consider to pose a threat to the health and safety of our drivers or any other clients.
Clients are responsible for any damage that they might cause to the interior or exterior of our vehicles and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting that maybe required. (e.g. for vomiting the minimum charge for valeting is £100.00).
All our vehicles adopt a strict non-smoking policy. Clients are also asked to refrain from eating in our vehicles.
We will not be held responsible for any appointment or flight missed as a result of traffic or road conditions. However, our drivers will make every possible effort to avoid such a situation.
All drivers will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
On some occasions we may have to provide subcontracted vehicles.
On public holidays we reserve the right to impose a surcharge of 50%, with the exception of Christmas Day and New
Year’s Day when a 100% surcharge will be imposed.
We will accept all major credit/debit cards. These will incur a surcharge of 6% for each transaction. Cheques must be accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card.
We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise we reserve the right to impose the following surcharges:
25% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled hire;
50% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before scheduled hire;
100% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled hire or if no notification is received.
All prices are subject to 15% VAT
We ask that all accounts be settled within 28 days upon receipt of the invoice.
